Riesling is delicious in every expression, from dry to sweet and spots in between but we love to craft our Reserve bottling in a dry style. The 2018 vintage delivers perfumed aromas of citrus, white flowers, pineapple, green pear and rose water. The bright, crisp palate is brimming with green apple, gooseberry, and lime zest. Riesling’s signature acidity offers a mouthwatering finish.

Crafted in an Alsatian style from fruit grown on our Biodynamic estate, this is a dry Riesling, perfect with spicy fare or as an aperitif.
